Alice and Victor Buencamino Endowed Scholarship

The Alice and Victor Buencamino Endowed Scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Computer Science. Preference will be given to students with a financial need, as evidenced by a student essay addressing how the scholarship will assist with the applicant’s studies. To qualify for this Opportunity, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Have attained a junior, senior, or graduate class level, majoring in Computer Science
  • Have a minimum 3.3 GPA in all completed college-level computer science courses
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Preferred: Have financial need as evidenced by a student essay addressing how the scholarship will assist with the applicant’s studies.

- To apply for this scholarship, complete the Computer Science Department Scholarship Application
- Award will disburse evenly over the Fall and Spring terms of the upcoming academic year (with the exception of graduating students, whose award will disburse in their final term)
